Easy to move up in the company, especially as a current general employee. Good benefits offered, even to general employees if working certain of hours per year. Management is fairly relaxed as long as you are getting your work done. Great management, flexible scheduling, fun work environment. Great food & drink specials - Los Zarapes They tend to play favorites with how many hours an employee gets. Manager just wants to be friends with the staff and allows them to just stand around on their phones talking and eating. Great managers great coworkers go work here. You can take your family here for dinner for a very affordable price. They have great margaritas and a margarita special on Thursday afternoons. It comes with rice and beans and is large enough that I usually take some home. Everything I have had is good, fajita quesadilla begin my favorite. The service is fantastic and they have a wide menu of Mexican favorites, plus some of their own specialities. It is in my hometown and we visit it frequently, much better than the other Mexican restaurant in town. The meals always come in 10 minutes or less. This place is great for a quick Mexican meal.
